Together, we will develop a tailored skincare and treatment program, with the consultation fee applicable towards any subsequent treatments or products purchased.
Cancellation Policy
At Tivoli Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who do not show for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the reserved service total. We understand emergencies happen and exceptions may be made at management’s discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our providers’ time and helping us accommodate all clients efficiently.
